Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Runch account and all the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Runch app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings (gear) icon in the top corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.

If you can't access the app

Email support@runch.com.au from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify the request is from you and delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your login and profile (name, photos, bio, company, role);
• runs you posted or joined, and your run and race history;
• messages you have sent to other members;
• your saved connections, and any blocks and reports you made;
• location data you provided — start-line pins and any SOS records.

What we keep

After deletion we do not retain your profile or content. We may keep limited records where we are legally required to, or where necessary to keep the community safe — kept de-identified wherever possible and never longer than the law requires.
